The AlwaysOn group managed to pack 700 people into a room designed for about 280, with the help of an overflow atrium and a 'workshop' space that acommodated about 100 people at best. As one overseas participant who advises major companies told me late Tuesday evening, the good news is that the industry is in transition, and the even better news is that it's a market fraught with opportunity where people aren't sure of the next step - just that it's happening and they don't want to be left at the proverbial station when the train takes off.
