Good morning, thank you for your write up regarding Ceelox. If you could please correct the spelling of the names our CEO, Gerry Euston and my name, David Almodovar. Also, we have an Microsoft Outlook plug in for users that do not want to use a seperate client as well. However, it is difficult to show all the functionality of the application in a 6 min window. For more information please contact me.

Again thank you and kind regards,

David Almodovar
Director of Business Development
Ceelox, Inc.

Gary A. Bolles

Thanks, David, and apologies for mangling your names...

Hi Gary, I invite you to the beta if you want to see exactly how you can stand out from the competition. You don't have to wear a wig, either. The pitches are very customizable or you can use the format we have designed and add dynamic content, powerpoints, clippings, etc. In thirty minutes someone can setup a very impressive pitch to a client that may include your company info, samples (graphic or video), testimonials (text or video), presentations, slideshows, the proposal with milestones, deliverables, estimate, and agreement.

A new client or existing client can easily approve the pitch making this one of the most convenient methods to close a deal available. To address the comment "one-size-fits-all" I have to agree but it's more like spandex. The uses for this product are unlimited for a reason because everyone has their own idea of how THEY want to stand out from the competition.

Hope to show this to you soon. Let me know and thanks for the writeup.
